Suitable for all levels of experience. From Beginners to the Experienced. 

Mondays: 5pm - 6pm
Wednesdays: 5pm- 6pm

Cost: By Donation

There will be a mid-year break. Last session is Wednesday 30 May 2018. Sessions will resume Monday 6 August 2018.

Weekly sessions & classes are held at One Heart Yoga, Abbotsford Convent, Melbourne.
